1. The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Anindo Majumdar, IAS (AGMUT: 85), presently in the cadre, as Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission in the rank and pay of Secretary.
2. The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Kamlesh Nilkanth Vyas, Director, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) as Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy and Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission for a period till he attains the age of 64 years i.e. upto 03.05.2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
