The POSHAN Abhiyaan focuses on converting the agenda of improving nutrition into a Jan Andolan involving panchayati raj institutions/village organizations, etc. ‘Jan Aandolan’ seeks to introduce behavioural change for improvement in nutritional status of Children (0-6 years), Adolescent Girls, Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers across the country.
