The Vice President, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar has greeted the people on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi.

Following is the text of his message:

“My heartiest greetings to all on the auspicious occasion of Milad-Un-Nabi, the Birthday of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad.

May the eternal message of the Holy Prophet instill in us the virtues of piety, empathy and universal brotherhood and guide humanity on a righteous path of compassion, universal peace and harmony.”

Following is the Hindi version of the message:

“पैगंबर हजरत मोहम्मद साहब के जन्मदिन के शुभ अवसर पर सभी को मेरी हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं!

आदरणीय पैगंबर साहब का शाश्वत संदेश हम सभी के जीवन में पवित्रता, करुणा तथा सार्वभौमिक बंधुत्व के सद्गुणों को स्थापित करे और दया, सौहार्द तथा सावभौमिक शांति के सन्मार्ग पर  मानवता का मार्गदर्शन करे।"
