“Special issue on Protein Biochemistry on the Birth Centenary of Prof. G.N. Ramachandran”
In commemoration with the Birth Centenary of the eminent structural biologist, Prof. G.N. Ramachandran under the ongoing India’s G20 Presidency, CSIR-NIScPR, New Delhi is planning to publish a special issue of its top ranking SCI-indexed journal Indian Journal of Biochemistry and Biophysics (IJBB) on the theme of “Molecular Structure of Proteins in Health and Diseases” in association with the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, The M. S. University of Baroda, Gujarat, India
This special issue will publish reviews and original research articles presented at the International Conference “Celebrating Proteins on the Birth Centenary of Prof. G.N. Ramachandran” organized by the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, The M. S. University of Baroda, Gujarat during 3-4 March 2023. Stalwarts in the subject field, both from India and abroad, viz. Prof. Kini R Manjunatha, National University of Singapore; Prof. Siddhartha P Sarma & Prof. DN Rao from IISc, Bangalore; Prof. BVV Prasad, Baylor College, USA; Prof. Purnananda Guptasarma, IISER, Mohali; Prof A Nag, Delhi University Dr Sharad Gupta from IIT Gandhi Nagar; Dr David Heppner, SUNY, Buffalo, USA; Dr Vishal M Gohil, from Texas university, USA attended this conference.
