The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has made significant progress under Special Campaign 5.0 focusing on record management, cleanliness, and space utilization.

• Record Management: 17,801 physical files and 9,001 e-files reviewed; 5,565 physical files weeded out; 3,561 e-files closed.
• Cleanliness Campaigns: 7,275 outdoor campaigns conducted under the leadership of senior officers.
• Scrap Disposal: Revenue of ₹2.40 crore generated till 27^th October 2025 through disposal of scrap materials.
• Public Grievances: All 25 pending appeals disposed of.
• Space Freed: 2,09,809 sq. ft. of office space freed through weeding and disposal activities.
