District mineral foundation

As per the information available with the Ministry of Mines, District Mineral Foundations (DMFs) have been set up in 626 districts in 23 States. Till January 2023, Rs. 74,830.50 crores have been collected under District Mineral Foundation (DMF) in the country and Rs. 39222.73 crores have been spent. Information on amount accrued and expenditure incurred by States from DMF funds has been provided in Annexure-I and the information on activities taken has been provided in Annexure-II.
