The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Regional Office Mumbai, organised a special Mega Training Programme on the Aadhaar enrolment and update ecosystem for operators and supervisors.

The intensive training was held at the Nagarpalika Townhall, Palanpur, Banaskantha, Gujarat, and was organized in close coordination with the Collector Office, Banaskantha.

The event was attended by a dedicated cohort of 85 participants, including district operators and supervisors from Banaskantha and the Vav-Tharad district.

The primary objective of the programme was to enhance the operational efficiency of district personnel and strengthen their core understanding of Aadhaar enrolment and update processes, as well as new technical changes in the enrolment ecosystem.

​The programme was officially inaugurated by Shri Dilipbhai Shekhaliya, Dy Mamlatdar (UID), Banaskantha, along with senior district authorities, in the presence of UIDAI officials and key local administration representatives.

​At the commencement of the event, Shri T.D. Solanki, Dy Mamlatdar, alongside the Banaskantha District Administration team, extended a warm welcome to the visiting UIDAI delegation. The delegation included UIDAI Expert Master Trainer Shri Sanjay Prakash, Section Officer Shri Dharmendra Verma, and Assistant Manager Shri Ashwin Desai from the UIDAI State Office, Ahmedabad, RO Mumbai.

​The training was conducted with the crucial support of the Training, Testing & Certification (TTC) Division at UIDAI Headquarters and was led by Master Trainer Shri Sanjay Prakash.

​The technical sessions provided comprehensive training tailored specifically for District Operators and Supervisors, covering critical updates including:

​Universal Client (UC): In-depth training on the Universal Client deployment, software architecture, and user interfaces designed to streamline operations.

Documentation Guidelines: An extensive review of the updated list of acceptable identity, address, and relationship documents.

​Risk Management & Compliance: Detailed briefings on robust error handling, administrative penalties, and updated strict statutory guidelines.

​The comprehensive programme also featured an interactive Question-and-Answer session, during which district operators and supervisors raised real-time queries and received clear, immediate guidance from the UIDAI experts on resolving daily Aadhaar enrolment and update operational challenges.

​The training concluded with an impactful closing address and final note delivered by Shri Dharmendra Verma, Section Officer, emphasizing strict compliance, zero-error tolerance, and operational efficiency in field operations.

​The specialized training programme at Nagarpalika Townhall concluded successfully with an official vote of thanks, acknowledging the extensive coordination between the UIDAI training teams, the Banaskantha Collector Office, and the local administration.
