Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasising on protecting and nurturing nature for the welfare and prosperity of all

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today shared Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasising on the importance of protecting and nurturing nature for the welfare and prosperity of all:

पालयन् प्रकृतिं राजा सुखी भवति नान्यथा।

प्रकृतिश्च हिता यस्य स राजा सर्वकामधुक्॥

The verse conveys that a ruler who safeguards nature and works for its well-being ensures happiness and prosperity. Nature, in turn, fulfils the aspirations of those who protect and nurture it.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
