The Central Government has ordered inspection of the Book of Account of the companies during the last three years and the current year as per details as under:

During the said period none of the Companies were found guilty under section 209A by the Court.

 

            Suitable action is taken in case any non-compliance/violation of the Companies Act.  

 

This was stated by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today.
