On the recommendation of the Minister of Culture, the President has appointed Shri M.L. Srivastava, Joint Secretary (Akademies), Ministry of Culture as Protem Chairman of the Lalit Kala Akademi with immediate effect. He will continue to hold the office till a regular Chairman is appointed.
