MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD (MAKA) TROPHY, 2019 has been conferred on Punjab University, Chandigarh.

           Apart from a medal and a citation, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Awardees have received a cash prize of Rs. 7.5 lakh. Arjuna, Dronacharya and Dhyan Chand Awardees received statuettes, certificates and cash prize of Rs. 5 lakh each. A trophy and citation has been given to the entity in the Rashtriya Khel ProtsahanPuruskar, 2019.Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awardees have received a statuette, certificates and cash award of Rs. 5 lakh each. Punjab University which is overall top performing university in inter-university tournaments has been given MAKA Trophy, award money of Rs. 15 lakh and certificate.
