The International Film Festival of India-51 has commenced media registration process for online participation. Interested media professionals are requested to register themselves at https://virtual.iffigoa.org/

The 51st International Film Festival of India (IFFI) will comprise both physical and virtual segments, this year. The festival will be held in a hybrid format with some of the festival events streamed on the OTT platform for delegates participating virtually.

There will be opportunities to attend festival-related activities virtually. A number of film screenings will be online. It includes Retrospective films like Live Flesh, Bad Education and Volver of Spanish Filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar and the Square and Force Majeure of Swedish Film Director Ruben Östlund. Besides, the festival will have Master classes of eminent film makers, Shekhar Kapur, Priyadarshan, Perry Lang, Subhash Ghai and Tanvir Mokammel. There will also be ‘In-conversation Sessions’ at OTT Platform. Bangladesh will be this edition's Country in Focus. The Country in Focus is a special segment that recognizes the cinematic excellence and contributions of the country.

All IFFI press conferences held by PIB will be live-streamed on PIB’s YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/pibindia and there will be provision for journalists to ask questions online.

Registration Guidelines

1) Virtual registration provided to media professionals is not transferable.

2) Media persons above 21 years age as on 1st January 2020 can be accredited.

3) Multiple registrations by the same person will be rejected

This registration is only restricted to the OTT platform and the delegates cannot use this registration for attending the events in person in Goa.  Accredited media persons will be intimated through email /SMS, along with login credentials for attending the festival virtually.
