Goa Postal Division in collaboration with Goa Forest Department released a Special Cover & Special Cancellation on “Myristica Swamps- Unique Ecosystem”, Permanent Pictorial Cancellation with Augmented reality alongwith Postcard Pack  on Olive Ridley Turtle for Loliem Sub Post Office, Set of Picture Postcards on Indain Leopard and Avian Diversity in Maharashtra & Goa, both set of Postcard with Augmented reality at Van Bhawan, Altinho- Panaji, Goa. The chief guest for the releases was Shri. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IFS, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Goa and Col.S.F.H.Rizvi, IPoS, Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji, was the Guest of Honour. The releases done to commemorate International Day of Forests, on 21st March 2022.

The Ceremonial Plantation was held at Joggers Park, Altinho Panaji. Shri. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IFS, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Goa, Col.S.F.H.Rizvi, IPoS, Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji, Shri. Santosh Kumar, IFS, Addnl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Goa and Chief Wildlife Warden alongwith other dignitaries participated in the tree plantation.
