ICCR organising Classical Music Concert at National Gallery of Modern Art, Mumbai

Indian Council for Cultural Relations in collaboration with the National Gallery of Modern Art is organizing a concert of Hindustani Classical Music at National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) Auditorium, tomorrow, 18th May 2022 at 4.30 PM. Classical singer Vidushi Gauri Pathare accompanied by Pushkaraj Joshi (Tabla) and Supriya Joshi (Harmonium) will perform at the concert.

The programme is part of the Horizon Series initiated by the Council to give platform to Indian artistes to showcase their talent in various field of art. Entry to the show is FREE.

About the Singer

Gauri Pathare has been trained under Pt. Gangadharbuwa Pimpalkhare of kirana gharana, Late Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki and Pandita Padmatai Talwalkar. Since 2010, she has been receiving Jaipur gharana training under Pt. Arun Dravid.
