A new campus of the National Academy of Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institute (RUDSET) will be opened at Kumbalagodu in Bangaluru on Saturday. Union Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Shri Giriraj Singh and Karnataka Chief Minister Shri Baswaraj Bommai will jointly inaugurate the campus. Shri Giriraj Singh will  formally open the Hostel Block while Shri Bommai will inaugurate the Admin Block of  the  new campus.

Union Minister of State for Rural Development, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Minister of State for Rural Development Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste and Shri Somasekhara, Karnataka Minister of Co-operation will also participate.

Dr. Dr. Veerendra Heggade,  MP will preside over the function to be attended among others by a host of elected representatives,  senior officers of Government of India and Karnataka and top bank executives.
