Union Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Information and Broadcasting Minister of State Dr. L.Murugan at his camp office in New Delhi met the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Minister of Agriculture Hon'ble Zulfikar Mustapha.  During this bilateral meet, they both discussed matters related to cooperation in the area of fisheries development and shrimp aquaculture.
