World Homoeopathy Day 2025 Concludes with Renewed Global Vision

The two-day celebration of World Homoeopathy Day 2025 concluded with resounding success, witnessing the participation of over 8,000 attendees including policymakers, researchers, students, academicians, industry professionals, and global practitioners from the homoeopathic fraternity. Organised by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopath (CCRH) in association with National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) and National Institute of Homoeopathy (NIH), under the aegis of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. The event served as a vibrant platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange to chart the future course of homoeopathy in integrative healthcare.

Day 2 featured a diverse set of twelve in-depth sessions with forty-eight eminent speakers addressing key themes such as homoeopathy in neurological and neuro-degenerative disorders, integrative oncology, dermatology, Homoeopathy in veterinary medicine as a tool to mitigate anti-microbial resistance, evidence building, clinical case documentation, AI applications in biomedical research and education, standardisation of homoeopathic products, academic research, and CCRH’s achievements.

The day was also marked by the valedictory address delivered by Dr Subhas Kaushik, Director General, CCRH, who also felicitated several leading personalities in homoeopathy for their exemplary contributions to the field. Dr. Kaushik congratulated the students, researchers, academicians, and other stakeholders for their enthusiastic participation. He also extended his appreciation to the teams at CCRH, NCH, and NIH for their invaluable support in making the event a success.

As part of its commitment to strengthening research and academic collaboration in the field of homoeopathy, the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) signed several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with prominent homoeopathic colleges and universities across the country. These include Anuradha Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Bengaluru; Dr. D.Y. Patil Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune; Government Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Bengaluru, Karnataka; SNJB’s Smt. K.B. Abad Homoeopathic Medical College, Shri R.P. Chordiya Hospital & Bhamasha Shri V.D. Mehta, Dev-Vijay P.G. Institute of Homoeopathy & Research Centre, Chandwad; Laxmiben Homoeopathy Institute and Research Centre, Bhandu, District Mehsana, Gujarat; Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Dabok, Udaipur, Rajasthan; and Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. These partnerships aim to foster academic exchange, joint research initiatives, and capacity building to enhance the quality and reach of homoeopathic education and evidence-based practice.
An exhibition showcasing best practices and innovations by the homoeopathic industry continued through both days, drawing wide interest from attendees.
On the occasion of World Homoeopathy Day, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended his warm greetings to the homoeopathy fraternity and shared an inspiring message, stating, “The day serves as a reminder of the abiding contribution of homeopathy to the field of medicine. It also showcases the importance of alternative healthcare systems that promote good health and well-being.” The inaugural day of the event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendra Patel, along with Shri Prataprao Jadhav, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of AYUSH and Minister of State, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and Shri Rushikesh Patel, Hon’ble Health & Family Welfare Minister, Government of Gujarat.
With meaningful discussions, strategic collaborations, and a shared commitment to evidence-based practice, World Homoeopathy Day 2025 concluded on an inspiring note, setting the tone for continued progress and innovation in the field.
