A District Level Officers’ meeting was convened today at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Conference Hall, Jiribam, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Shri Krishna Kumar, IAS.

During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Kumar reviewed ongoing schemes and programs implemented by various departments through detailed PowerPoint presentations. He emphasized that collective small efforts by officers could significantly contribute to the district’s holistic development. He urged all staff to remain stationed at their posts and deliver services effectively across the district, with equal focus on both Jiribam and Borobekra Sub-Divisions.

The Deputy Commissioner assured full support from the District Administration and encouraged officers to report any challenges, including law and order issues, faced during service delivery.

Highlighting the importance of public awareness, Shri Kumar stressed the need for organizing awareness campaigns in collaboration with relevant departments across the district, including Borobekra Sub-Division. He also encouraged departments to leverage social media to disseminate information about government schemes and programs, urging officers to engage with communities beyond their offices.

The meeting saw participation from key officials, including SP Jiribam Shri Shaikh Mohd. Zaib Zakir, Sub-Divisional Officer Jiribam/Borobekra Shri Laishram Tarajeet Singh, Block Development Officers, Sub-Deputy Collectors, and other district-level officers from various departments.
