Ahmedabad Zonal Unit of Directorate General of Taxpayer Services under Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, conducted a Taxpayer Outreach Program by way of a hybrid Seminar, in association with MSME DFO, Ahmedabad at ‘Hridaykunj’ The Auditorium, located at MSME Tower, Science City Road, Ahmedabad on 13th May 2025 from 3 PM onwards. Laghu Udyog Bharti (Gujarat State Unit) the All-India Organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of Micro and Small Enterprises were the committed Trade Partners for this Outreach Program. As the Seminar was held in hybrid mode, many outstation members of Laghu Udyog Bharti were also able to virtually join the event and get benefitted from this Outreach program.

CBIC had recently come out with Instruction No. 03/2025-GST dated 17.04.2025 for processing of applications for GST registration by GST Officers to ease out the entire process of GST Registration. The above Outreach Program was specifically curated for MSME Sector and focused on the issues that they may have on GST Registration procedure. Seminar was virtually inaugurated by Shri Sumit Kumar, Pr. ADG, DGTS Ahmedabad and was also addressed by Representatives of our event Trade Partners, Laghu Udyog Bharti. The event was well received and appreciated by the participants, who were present in the Auditorium as well as by those who had joined the event virtually. Being interactive, various queries of participants were responded on the spot and also to their satisfaction.
