Indian Army conducts 'Teesta Prahar' integrated field exercise in North Bengal.

Indian Army on 8thMay and 9th May conducted the 'Teesta Prahar' integrated field exercise at the Teesta Field Firing Range in North Bengal, demonstrating operational readiness and joint operational capabilities.This exercise showcased seamless coordination among various combat and support arms, including Infantry, artillery, armoured corps, mechanised infantry, para special forces, army aviation, engineersand signals.
A key highlight of this exercise was deployment and validation of newly inducted next-generation weapon systems, military platforms and advanced battlefield technologies.This exercise focused on jointness, synergyand seamless coordination, reinforcing the army’s ability to execute operations swiftly and effectively in diverse terrain and challenging weather. Tactical drills, battle rehearsals and adaptive maneuvers were also conducted to fine-tune responses to dynamic combat scenarios.
