Launch of Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA)

The Government of India has launched the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), a transformative initiative to drive inclusive and sustainable development in tribal regions. This ambitious program will cover 63,843 villages, benefiting over 5 crore tribal citizens across 549 districts and 2,911 blocks in 30 States and Union Territories, with a special focus on tribal-majority and aspirational blocks.

DAJGUA aims to address critical gaps in social infrastructure, healthcare, education, and livelihoods through 25 targeted interventions implemented by 17 line ministries. By fostering convergence and expanding outreach, the initiative is committed to ensuring holistic development for tribal communities.

As a key component of DAJGUA, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs will conduct a nationwide awareness and benefit saturation campaign titled: 

"Dharti Aaba Abhiyan - Awareness and Benefit Saturation Camps"

Campaign Period: June 15–30, 2025

These camps, organized at village and cluster levels, will focus on last-mile delivery of individual entitlements and raising awareness about DAJGUA’s objectives. Services and benefits available at the camps include: 

-Identity & Welfare: Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Caste Certificate, Domicile Certificate 

-Health: Ayushman Bharat Card (PM-JAY), Immunization 

-Financial Inclusion: Jan Dhan Account, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), PM-KISAN 

-Social Security: PMJJBY/PMSBY Insurance, Old Age Pension, Widow Pension, Divyang Pension 

-Employment & Livelihoods: MGNREGA, PM Vishwakarma, Mudra Loans 

-Women & Child Welfare: PMMVY, ICDS Benefits 

All eligible beneficiaries in Senapati District are urged to participate in these camps to access the wide range of government schemes and services offered under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan.
