Shri B. Sunil Kumar, Chief General Manager of BSNL Kerala Circle, is retiring from service on May 31, 2025. A 1987-batch officer of the Indian Telecom Service, Shri Sunil Kumar is an expert in mobile technology with over 36 years of experience. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Vishishta Sanchar Seva Award in 2007.

In addition to his tenure at BSNL, he has also served in the Department of Telecommunications, ALTTC Ghaziabad, and various other locations across the country. He hails from Ernakulam.
