Jaipur Regional Office of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is organizing Consumer Outreach Program (COP) at Bhavans Sheth R A College of Arts and Commerce, Ahmedabad on 26.06.2025 from 10.00 hrs onward. The theme of program will be mainly about Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) and spam calls/messages, their impact, and the measures taken by TRAI to curb this menace.

The event will be attended by the representatives of all telecom service providers (Telecom operators), Multi Service operators (Cable operators), Customer Advocacy Groups, Media representatives and students / faculty members of Bhavans Sheth R A College of Art and Commerce, Ahmedabad. Shri Rajesh Kumar Agerwal (ITS), Advisor TRAI Regional Office Jaipur will preside over the event.

In this event, Customer grievance redressal system of Telcom Service Provides & steps being taken by the government for cyber security will also be discussed.
