Under the guidance of UIDAI State Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Regional Office, Mumbai, and the Govt of Gujarat Registrar, a comprehensive Master Training Program was conducted for Aadhaar Supervisors and Operators on 26th July 2025 at the Collector Office, Surat.

The session witnessed active participation from Aadhaar enrolment staff across various districts, aimed at enhancing their technical skills, behavioral approach, and understanding of updated UIDAI guidelines. The training primarily focused on the following key areas:

The training introduced the Supervisors and Operators to the new UC Client software, launched by UIDAI HO. This online-based application enables real-time validation and verification of documents, offering a more efficient and user-friendly platform to streamline Enrolment & Update operations and improve resident experience, also enabling with the Face Authentication Feature.

A special session was dedicated to behavioral conduct, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and courtesy in dealing with residents. Operators were sensitized to the significance of respectful interactions, in alignment with UIDAI’s citizen-centric approach.

The session also focused on the latest UIDAI policies, procedures, and the updated list of acceptable documents. This ensures that all Supervisors and Operators are well-informed and compliant with UIDAI’s operational standards.

Additionally, the UIDAI State Office, Ahmedabad extended support by addressing queries and operational challenges raised by the Supervisors and Operators. They also encouraged consistent use of the UC Client to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Aadhaar Enrolment & Update processes.

The Master Training served as a significant step towards reinforcing service quality, accountability, and capacity building among Aadhaar enrolment teams across the state. UIDAI remains committed to ensuring seamless and standardized Aadhaar services for every resident.
