Independence Day 2025 Celebration & Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign by Central Silk Board, Bengaluru

“Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign was observed by the Ministry of Textiles from 2nd to 15th August 2025 to promote mass participation and national pride among employees of CSB institutes marking a memorable tribute to India’s 79th Independence Day.

As part of the Independence Day celebrations and “Har Ghar Tiranga” Campaign, the Central Office, Central Silk Board organised a series of patriotic events includes drawing, painting, and writing letter to Jawans etc competitions at Government School, Madiwala, Bengaluru to foster patriotic spirit among students. And, for the employees, conducted quiz, pick & speak and eco-friendly tiranga making to foster creativity, awareness, and unity.

The Central Silk Board screened the patriotic film Parmanu as part of the Independence Day 2025 celebrations and the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign together to experience this inspiring story of India’s resilience, scientific achievement, and national pride. All employees attended the screening with pride, enthusiasm, and a deep sense of patriotism, fostering unity and respect for the Tiranga. Conducted an awareness rally with pride echoing “Vandemataram”.

Member Secretary, CSB Shri P. Sivakumar, IFS hoisted the flag on Independence Day 2025. And, he addressed the employees underscoring CSB’s enduring contribution to the nation’s progress and development. Planted a sapling under “Ek Ped Ma Ke Naam” campaign in CSB’s campus reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to environmental stewardship. And, later, presented awards to the winners of various competitions.
