NTPC Limited signed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with STUP Consultants Private Limited, a subsidiary of Assystem SA, France, at the Western Region-I Headquarters in Mumbai today (August 22, 2025). 

The collaboration aims to strengthen engineering support and capability development for nuclear power projects.

The MoU was signed by Shri Ashish Tandon, Managing Director, Assystem STUP, and Shri Prasenjit Pal, Executive Director, NTPC Nuclear Cell, in the presence of Shri Santosh Kumar Takhele, Regional Executive Director (West-I), NTPC; Shri Arnada Prasad Samal, CGM (Nuclear).

Senior executives from WR-I HQ and NTPC Nuclear Group were also present on the occasion.
