As part of the nationwide campaign Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 (17th September to 2nd October 2025), the Central Silk Board (CSB) and its constituent institutes have launched a series of cleanliness drives to ensure a healthy and comfortable working environment.

On this occasion, Shri P. Sivakumar, IFS, Member Secretary, Central Silk Board, addressed the employees and administered the Swachhata Pledge on 17th September 2025. All staff members actively participated in the programme, reaffirming their commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and sustainable practices.

The campaign also witnessed enthusiastic participation through activities such as cleanliness drives in office premises, awareness programmes, and Swachhata Selfies to spread the message of collective responsibility for a cleaner and greener India.

The observance will continue till 2nd October 2025, culminating on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
