Anna Road Head Post Office to Host Dak Adalat on September 25 for Customer Grievances

Anna Road Head Post Office will conduct a Unit level Dak Adalat on 25.09.2025 where grievances of customers would be heard in person in the Office of Chief Postmaster. The Chief Postmaster will hear the grievances personally related to Postal Department's Products and Services utilized at Anna Road HO.
Customers can send their complaints either in person or by post or through email to annaroadho@indiapost.gov.in with the caption 'DAK ADALAT' on or before 23.09.2025. Grievances sent through private couriers will not be accepted. Complaints about a postal article should contain full details such as date and time of posting, full address of the sender and addressee, registration receipt number with date and office of booking for MO, VP, Registered, Insured or Speed Post articles.
Complaints about Savings Schemes, Postal Life lnsurance or Rural Postal Life Insurance, should contain the details of the Account Number/Policy Number, name and full address of the depositor/insured, name of Post Office and any other reference of the Postal Department.
