Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of e-SIM (Embedded-Subscriber Identity Module) Services for its Customers in Tamil Nadu State and Puducherry Union Territory.

This new service will be available to customers who possess mobile handsets/devices compatible with e-SIM technology

Both new and existing BSNL customers can avail this service. To activate their e-SIM, customers must visit their nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre to complete the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Following the KYC completion, the e-SIM will be activated by simply scanning a QR code.
