The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Kerala Region, is actively implementing Special Campaign 5.0 in alignment with the Government of India’s ongoing initiative to promote cleanliness, efficient record management, and an improved work culture in public offices.

Launched under the guidance of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Special Campaign 5.0 aims to ensure sustained cleanliness and systematic management of office spaces, both physical and digital records, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

In Kerala, FCI initiated the campaign on October 2, 2025, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti, and is carrying it out across all FCI offices and depots in the state. The campaign emphasizes: cleanliness drives in offices, godowns, and surrounding premises, weeding out of old physical files, digitization, and proper documentation, disposal of scrap materials to free up space and enhance the office environment, awareness among employees on sustainable cleanliness practices.

The FCI Kerala Region is closely monitoring the implementation through regular inspections and progress reports. The campaign will continue throughout October 2025, with measurable outcomes being submitted to the Central Authorities. The Special Campaign 5.0 will conclude on October 31, 2025.
