DAHD Records Steady Progress in Special Campaign 5.0; 158 Public Grievances Resolved to Date

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DAHD), under the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, has made significant progress so far, in implementing Special Campaign 5.0. Since the launch of the campaign on 2nd October 2024 DAHD and its subordinate offices have been actively working towards achieving the set targets. Till date, the Department has generated revenue of ₹3,44,827 (Three lakhs, forty-four thousand, eight hundred and twenty-seven rupees) from Scrap Disposal so far as part of this campaign.
As per the latest data (as on16.10.2025) for DAHD under Special Campaign 5.0, the status of achievements against the set targets is as follows:

Background
A meeting was held under the Chairpersonship of Secretary, DAHD on 12th September, 2025 with the Officers of DAHD and its Subordinate Offices to sensitize the Department about the ‘Swachta Hi Sewa’ and ‘Special Campaign 5.0’ and for effective and successful implementation of both the Campaigns. The Department has designated ten sub-nodal officers, and three review meetings have been conducted so far to finalize targets and monitor progress. The meetings have focused on finalizing the targets during the preparatory phase and reviewing mid-campaign achievements against the set goals. The Department is committed to achieving the targets set for the Special Campaign 5.0.
