Department of post, Gujarat Circle proposes to hold a Dak Adalat for Settlement of grievances related to postal services. The Dak Adalat will be held on 18-11-2025 at 11.30 hours, Tuesday at the O/o The Chief Postmaster General, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad -380 001.

The CPMG will hear each complainant individually and settle problems of the public on the spot. The idea of the Dak-Adalat is to give a personal hearing and on-the-spot settlement of problems of Public.

The complaints related to postal services must reach the Asstt. Director Postal Services (P.G), Complaint section, O/o Chief Postmaster General, Gujarat Circle Ahmedabad 380001, latest by 11-11-2025 (Tuesday). The complaints received after due date will not be entertained.

The complaint should be concrete and in brief. Complaints of general nature and of policy matters will not be entertained.
