The Sansad Khel Mahotsav 2025, a dynamic initiative under the national 'Fit India' and 'Fit Yuva for Viksit Bharat' campaigns, commenced its major sporting events in the Bengaluru North Constituency today with immense enthusiasm and community participation. The event was organized by the office of Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Labour and Employment, and Member of Parliament for Bengaluru North.

Minister’s Address: Addressing the participants and attendees, Sushri Shobha Karandlaje reiterated the Prime Minister's vision of promoting a robust sports culture at the grassroots level. She emphasized the importance of physical fitness for all ages and hailed the impressive participation, particularly from the senior citizens, as a testament to their enduring strength and spirit. The Sansad Khel Mahotsav aims to not only promote sports and physical fitness but also to identify and nurture raw talent from the constituency, steering the youth towards building a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India), the minister said.

• Taekwondo competition was held at the Kempegowda Sarovara Ground at Vidyaranyapura of Byatrayanapura constituency.
• ⁠More than 1000 participants across Bangalore North constituency participated

The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished Guests of Honour, who are icons of Indian sports and throw ball national champions, inspiring a new generation of athletes.
