Through such initiatives, under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperatives, VAMNICOM is taking forward the national vision of "Sahakar Se Samriddhi" (Prosperity through Cooperatives). These programmes not only build managerial and entrepreneurial capacity but also work towards strengthening India's cooperative movement as a pillar of inclusive growth, livelihoods and sustainable rural development.
More than 50 representatives from various fisheries and multipurpose cooperatives at each location participated in the sessions. Their deliberations underscored the significance of entrepreneurial innovation, transparent governance and professional management in driving the modernization of India’s cooperative movement.
