DIGITIZATION OF RECORDS

Will the Minister of ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) number of departments of the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu administration that have ensured digitization of records under the Digital India Platform (DIP) during the last five years;
(b) whether all Government services of the UT administration are currently digitally accessible to the public;
(c) if so, the list of such services along with the links where they are available;
(d) if not, the reasons therefor along with the measures taken by the Government to ensure their availability;
(e) whether the UT administration has developed any software for the services of Daman Municipal Council and the Zila Panchayat;
(f) if so, the dates on which such software was developed along with the date-wise details thereof; and
(g) whether the software has been operational for the last one year and if so, the number of persons availed online services in the last one year and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (g): The Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (UT) has informed that a total of 15 departments under the Union Territory have been digitised by the Municipal Council, DNH & DD.
The services provided by these departments include issuance of certificates (birth, death, caste, income, domicile), licenses, permits, registrations, utility payments, grievance-redressal mechanisms, and the publication of the e-Gazette, etc.
The detailed list of services is provided in Annexure.
The portals of the UT Administration being utilized for departmental services are as under:
- Daman: https://ddd.gov.in
- Dadra & Nagar Haveli: https://dnh.gov.in
- Diu: https://diu.gov.in
- Single Window Portal for Industrial clearances: https://swp.dddgov.in, for revenue certificate https://sugam.dddgov.in & https://www.nsws.gov.in/portal/ddd
- Police: https://police.ddd.gov.in
- Fire & Emergency Services: https://fes.dddsiov.in
In January 2022, the UT administration developed a web-based software platform (https://dmcdaman.in) for the services of the Daman Municipal Council, and it has been operational since then. Over the past year, a total of 170 individuals have availed online services.
