The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Ahmedabad (NIPER-Ahmedabad), a premier institute of national importance under the aegis of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, will hold its 12^th Convocation Ceremony on January 10, 2026. The event will take place at NIPER-Ahmedabad’s Gandhinagar campus, under the leadership of Prof. Shailendra Saraf, Director, NIPER Ahmedabad.

The convocation will be graced by Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) G.D. Yadav, Emeritus Professor of Eminence, Former Vice- Chancellor, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished dignitaries from academia and industry will also be in attendance to celebrate the accomplishments of the graduating students.

This year, a total of 211 students will receive their degrees, including 195 Master’s (MS and MBA) graduates and 16 Ph.D. scholars. The convocation will also honor students who have achieved academic excellence:

• The Student Standing First in Overall Merit in the Master’s Programme (Batch 2023–2025) will receive a prestigious award.
• Students standing First in Merit in their Respective Disciplines of the Master’s Programme will also be recognized.
• The Top Five Meritorious Students of the Master’s Programme will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation and a Book Prize for their exemplary academic achievements.
