The Department of Posts, Tambaram Division, will conduct a Divisional level Dak Adalat on June 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The grievance redressal session will take place at the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Tambaram Division, where customers' grievances will be heard in person. The Senior Superintendent of Post Offices and Chairperson of the Divisional level Dak Adalat, will personally hear complaints relating to the Postal Department’s products and services.

Only those cases which have already been taken up with lower-level post offices but have not been resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant will be entertained at this forum. No fresh complaints will be accepted. For complaints regarding postal articles, submissions must contain full details, including the date and time of posting, complete addresses of the sender and addressee, and the receipt number with date and office of booking for MO, VP/COD, Insured, and Speed Post articles. For grievances concerning savings schemes, Postal Life Insurance, or Rural Postal Life Insurance, details such as account or policy number, name and full address of the depositor or insured, name of the Post Office, and any previous reference to the Postal Department must be provided.

Complaints must be sent through ordinary or registered post to reach the office on or before June 10, 2026. Grievances sent through private couriers will not be accepted. The covers should be superscribed as "Divisional Dak Adalat" and addressed to Shri A.Kamal Basha, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Tambaram Division, Tambaram, Chennai 600045.
