The Office of the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (PCCA), Tamil Nadu Circle, will conduct a Pension Adalat through online mode on June 19, 2026 (Friday). The Adalat aims to redress the long-pending grievances of Pensioners and Family Pensioners of the Department of Telecommunications, Tamil Nadu Circle, and BSNL units of Erode, Salem, and Dharmapuri SSAs.

Individual pensioners can submit their grievances in the prescribed proforma along with requisite documents to the Joint CCA (Pension), Office of the PCCA, TN Circle, Chennai – 600008. Submissions can be sent by post, via email at jtccapen.ccatn[at]nic[dot]in, or dropped into the Pension Grievance drop box at the office's Pensioners’ lounge. The last date for receipt of grievances is June 8, 2026, up to 6 PM.

Only long-pending, unsettled grievances that have already exhausted all other available channels will be considered. First-time cases, sub-judice matters, policy/system-related issues, and cases with insufficient details or those received after the cut-off date will not be entertained. Grievances regarding CDA-IDA mapping letters, EPPOs, identity cards, transfer of PPOs, and pay anomalies are outside the ambit of this Adalat.

All grievances will be scrutinized and settled before the Adalat date. Representatives of recognized Trade Unions and Pensioners' Associations are invited but cannot present grievances in absentia of the pensioner, except for illiterate, minor, or family pensioners.
