Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) continue to maintain uninterrupted supplies of Petrol (MS), Diesel (HSD) and LPG across Goa through robust logistics coordination and round-the-clock operational preparedness.

Amid rising demand and evolving global uncertainties, PSU OMCs remain committed to ensuring smooth fuel distribution across urban, rural and industrial areas. Petrol retail sales in Goa have increased by 7 percent, while Diesel sales have recorded a 10 percent growth during May 2026 compared to the same period last year.

The demand surge is attributed to the shift of institutional and commercial consumers towards PSU retail outlets due to competitive pricing, along with seasonal agricultural activities.

OMCs have assured that adequate stocks of Petrol, Diesel and LPG are available across Goa and the country. Necessary measures are being taken to ensure continuous and hassle-free fuel supplies for citizens, transporters, farmers and industries.

Citizens are advised to continue normal purchasing behaviour and avoid panic buying. Consumers are also requested to rely only on official communications issued by authorised Oil Marketing Companies and government agencies for authentic information regarding fuel availability.
