The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), under the aegis of the Ministry of Science & Technology, is organising the 6th edition of the RISE Conclave 2026 in Bengaluru on the 13th and 14th of June 2026. This premier national platform on innovation and entrepreneurship will bring together research institutions, industry leaders, start-ups, academia, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and students to deliberate, collaborate, and co-create solutions aligned with India's "Whole-of-Science and Innovation" Vision.

Organised under the "Whole-of-Government, Whole-of-Society and Whole-of-Science and Innovation" framework, the conclave is spearheaded by CSIR and its constituent laboratories namely CSIR-NAL (Bengaluru), CSIR-4PI (Bengaluru) and CSIR-CFTRI (Mysuru), along with other S&T Departments and the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES). Building on the success of earlier editions held in Jammu, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Lucknow, and Chennai, the Bengaluru edition aims to foster academic R&D and industry collaboration. This collaboration has become a pivotal driver of organisational innovation, serving as a vital bridge between theoretical advancements and real-world applications.
