It is informed that EPFO is undertaking a planned database consolidation and software system upgradation under the EPFO 2.01 initiative from 26 June 2026 (00:00 Hrs) to 28 June 2026 (23:59 Hrs). During this period, certain online services will be temporarily unavailable. 

“To enhance service delivery, improve processing efficiency, and provide a better user experience, EPFO is undertaking a planned database consolidation and upgradation of software applications for the claims processing system. As part of this transition, the Member Portal, UMANG App, and Employer Portal will be down, and submission of claims, ECR, etc. through these portals will remain temporarily unavailable from 26 June 2026 (00:00 Hrs) to 28 June 2026 (23:59 Hrs). We expect services to be fully restored by 29 June 2026 (00:00 Hrs). . • Linking of UAN of new employees or submission of ECR for remittance of dues will be temporarily unavailable. 

• Submission of new claim requests will be temporarily unavailable. 

• Claim processing services will be temporarily unavailable. 

• E-passbook services will also be temporarily unavailable.

 • Claims already submitted before the migration period will be taken up for processing after services resume.
