The Department of Posts, Tamilnadu Circle, has issued an advisory to the public following instances of fake appointment orders and fraudulent recruitment-related communications being circulated in its name.

The public is hereby informed that the Department of Posts does not seek, demand, or accept any payment, fee, or consideration from candidates for the issuance of appointment orders or for any part of the recruitment process. Any individual or intermediary claiming otherwise is acting fraudulently.

Candidates and members of the public are strongly advised not to make any financial payments to any person for securing employment or appointments within the department. Any such demands for money should be reported immediately to the Department of Posts and the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Furthermore, the public is advised that the authenticity of all recruitment-related communications must be verified through official channels before acting upon them. The Department of Posts shall not be held responsible for any losses suffered by individuals who deal with fraudsters or rely on fake appointment orders and fraudulent communications.
