Shri B. Sudhakara  Rao, ITS, has joined as BSNL Chief General  Manager, Chennai Telephones  on 17th July 2026.

He belongs  to 1992 batch of Indian Telecom Service. Before joining as CGM Chennai Telephones,  he worked as Principal General Manager,  in charge of Sales and Marketing vertical of BSNL Tamilnadu Circle.

He has got  vast experience in various domains of Telecommunications viz New Technology switches,  administration and planning of Telecom network , Operation & Maintenance of Mobile Core network, planning of mobile network and Sales &  Marketing verticals of BSNL

He worked in various capacities in different parts of the country ,viz combined Andhra Pradesh Circle, Shillong in North- East , Telangana circle and Tamilnadu Circle.
