CR Infrabuild Private Limited established a Dairy and Milk Processing Unit with the objective of enhancing value addition in dairy products, expanding market access, increasing revenue and creating sustainable employment opportunities. Recognising the project's growth potential, the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes extended financial assistance of ₹1.26 crore in 2021 through venture capital assistance comprising equity and optionally convertible debentures. The financial support enabled the company to strengthen its production capacity, expand operations and enhance its market presence across the region.

Dairy and Milk Processing Unit

The financial assistance enabled the enterprise to expand its dairy processing operations, increase production capacity and establish a stronger market network. Today, the company has expanded its business across the entire state of Madhya Pradesh and has also started supplying its products to several parts of Uttar Pradesh. The enterprise has achieved an annual turnover of approximately ₹7 crore, while simultaneously creating additional employment opportunities and strengthening the rural dairy value chain.

The impact of the intervention has been significant. Employment has increased from 10 to 30, including 10 Scheduled Caste/Backward Class employees and 20 non-SC/BC employees. The company's asset base has grown from ₹1 crore before sanction to approximately ₹2.56 crore, reflecting sustained business growth and enhanced operational capacity.
