NADT-RC, Mumbai observes Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 with Cleanliness Drive and Awareness Skit

The National Academy of Direct Taxes – Regional Campus (NADT-RC), Mumbai, observed the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign with a series of activities on its campus to promote cleanliness, civic responsibility and respect for sanitation workers.
The Swachhata Drive was led by Shri Navneet Manohar, Principal Additional Director General, NADT-RC, Mumbai. In the spirit of ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’, officers and staff of the Academy joined the drive with enthusiasm to clean the campus premises, and also planted saplings, reinforcing the message that clean surroundings are a shared responsibility.

An awareness skit titled ‘Swachhata Kurukshetra’, headed by Shri Madan Kumar, Income Tax Inspector, was also staged at the Academy. Through an engaging performance, the team conveyed the importance of keeping our premises and surroundings clean, and paid tribute to sanitation and cleaning workers, highlighting the need to recognise and respect their essential role in maintaining public hygiene.

Through these activities, NADT-RC, Mumbai reaffirmed its commitment to adopting cleanliness as a daily habit and a collective responsibility, contributing to the Government of India’s vision of ‘Swachh Bharat – Swasth Bharat’.
