Anna Road Head Post Office will conduct a Unit Level Dak Adalat on October 16, 2026, at 11 AM at the Office of the Chief Postmaster, Anna Road HPO, Chennai – 600002. The Chief Postmaster will hear public grievances in person regarding postal products and services utilized at Anna Road HPO.

Customers can submit their complaints on or before October 14, 2026. Representations may be submitted in person, sent by post, or emailed to annaroadho@indiapost.gov.in with the subject line 'DAK ADALAT'. Grievances sent through private couriers will not be accepted.

Submissions regarding postal articles, including Speed Post, Registered Post, Insured articles, Money Orders, and VP, must contain full posting details, sender and addressee addresses, and booking receipt numbers. For Savings Schemes, Postal Life Insurance (PLI), or Rural PLI, complaints must include the account or policy number, depositor details, and relevant departmental references.
