The Regional level Pension Adalat will be held at the office of the Postmaster General, Northern Region, Kozhikode on  13.01.2027 (Wednesday). Grievances for Pension Adalat may be sent only through ordinary post or speed post. Grievances sent through private couriers will not be entertained.  The covers should be clearly superscribed as “Pension Adalat January 2027”.

The adalat handles grievances towards delay/non settlement of pension benefits in respect of officials retired from Department of Posts, grievances in receipt of Pension and Family Pension Payment through Post offices in respect of the retired officials of Railway will alone be entertained.

 Only those cases, which have already been taken up with Divisions/Units and in respect of which the pensioners are not satisfied with the response from the Divisional level can be brought to the Regional Pension Adalat.  Fresh cases directly sent to this Adalat will not be entertained.

Grievances not relating to Pension such as compassionate appointment to the ward of pensioners will not be entertained in the Pension Adalat.

 

Note:  For those who are not able to come in person, the Pension adalat will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Telecom/Whatsapp Video Call. Hence, the current residential address, Mobile no. & name of the nearest Post office may be indicated by the Complainant/ Pensioner in their representation.
