CSIR-SERC and Panimalar Engineering College Ink MoU for Academic and Research Collaboration

CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre (CSIR-SERC) exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Academic and Research Collaboration with Panimalar Engineering College (PEC) at CSIR-SERC on 15th December 2025. The MoU was exchanged in the presence of Dr. N. Anandavalli, Director, CSIR-SERC, and Dr. C. Sakthi Kumar, Director, Panimalar Group Of Institutions, Chennai.
Dr. S. Prasanna Devi – Chief Academic Officer, PEC, Dr. K. Mani, Pricipal, PEC, Dr. L. Jaba Sheela, HOD / CSE dept , PEC, Dr. S. Mageswari - HOD / Civil Dept, PEC, Dr. Umarani Srikanth, Professor / CSE, PEC and Dr. S. Parivallal, Chief Scientist and Advisor(M), CSIR-SERC, Dr. K. Sathish Kumar, Chief Scientist and Head, BKMD, CSIR-SERC, Dr. S. Maheswaran, Chief Scientist and Head, SHRDD, CSIR-SERC, Dr. S. Vijayalakshmi, Principal Technical Officer, CSIR-SERC and Co-ordinator for PEC, Smt. Chitra Sankaran, Principal Technical Officer, CSIR-SERC and Smt. R. Soniya, Senior Technical Officer, CSIR-SERC were also present. PEC expressed interest in establishing a long-term, mutually beneficial collaboration.
