For access controlled expressways, two wheelers are not allowed on Expressways as good industry practice and codal provisions, for safety of two wheelers and other users.

As per Gazette notification dated 15.01.2021, entry of two wheelers is prohibited on Delhi-Meerut expressway.

This information was given by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari in a written reply  in the Lok Sabha today.
