Strengthening of Defence Ties with Vietnam
India and Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on defence cooperation in November, 2009, under which various cooperation activities, including visit exchanges, training, ship visits, etc., are being pursued with Vietnam.
This information was given by Defence Minister Shri AK Antony in a written reply to Shrimati T. Ratna Bai and Shri Mohd. Ali Khan in Rajya Sabha today.
